A license number is only ever printed exactly as you give it to us in writing; we never look one up or guess it.

Straightaway registers your domain (for example yourbusiness.com), renews it and keeps it pointed at your site while you are on a care plan. If you skip the care plan or leave later, we hand the domain over, with the copy, images and files, at no charge. A brand-new domain is locked for 60 days by ICANN before it can move to another registrar; sooner than that, we move it to an account in your name.

Yes. Your domain stays where it is and Straightaway never needs your login. When your page is ready we email you one setting to change where you bought the domain, check it for you, and email you when the site is live. Your email on that domain is not touched.

Yes. Small changes (hours, phone, prices, services, a photo) are included for as long as your site is with Straightaway, and you also get a private link to edit the text on your page yourself. Bigger changes, like a new section or a redesign, are $95 a round, quoted before any work starts; Launch Plus includes two rounds in the first 30 days.

The first year online is included in the $199 or $349. If you do not add the $99-a-year care plan, the site pauses when the first year ends and comes back the day you add the care plan. The domain is yours either way, and the copy and site files are yours to take.

Straightaway submits your page to Google when it goes live, and builds it so your business name, trade and service area are what search engines and AI assistants read first. Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking; Launch Plus also completes your Google Business Profile, which is what shows up on Google Maps.
